REFUND POLICY

Returns due to change of mind.
Love Your Curves Shop L.L.C. will happily accept returns due to a change of mind, if a request to return is received by us within 7 days of delivery and returned to us in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Love Your Curves Shop L.L.C. does not refund your card. We will issue a store credit for the amount you paid, minus shipping fees.
Once we confirm your return, we must receive the item within 5 business days. If the item is returned to us outside the return widow a $10 processing fee will apply and will be deducted from your store credit amount.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number and that number must be sent to us within the 5-business day return window.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition, we will process your Store Credit for the amount you paid minus shipping fees and a discount code will be emailed to you to use on your next purchase. Store credit does not expire.
Returns due to defects
If you receive an item with a defect, Love Your Curves Shop LLC will gladly accept returns due to manufacturer defects or damage if the request to return is received within 7 business days.
Please email staff@lycurves.com or contact us through the chatbox, with a picture of the defect.
Once we confirm you may return the item.
Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once a return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the item, minus any shipping fees and package insurance fees.
We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Please note once payment has been refunded allow processing time from your bank for it to be completed. Once the refund is completed on our end and your bank has not refunded you, please contact your bank for processing time.
Sale/Clearance items, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale. We do not take these items back under any circumstances.
We can refuse any item that is returned to us outside of our return policy.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on accessories, lingerie, swimwear, shapewear, and clearance/sale items.

Here at Love Your Curves Shop, we understand how eager you are to receive your order!!!!
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We also now offer international shipping (See info below)
Most orders will get mailed out the next business day after the order is processed when the purchase is made before 3:00 PM Central time.
Example: Ordered before 3:00 PM on Wed, Item will ship on Thurs.
Example: Ordered after 3:00 PM on Wed, Item will not be processed till Thursday morning, so it will ship on Friday.
Business days are Monday - Friday. Please take into consideration any State and Federal Holidays and/or severe weather conditions that may naturally delay your delivery.
All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. This means once you receive your tracking number in your email you should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. (during the holiday season shipping takes more like 3-5 days)
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages due to incorrect shipping information or otherwise. So please check your shipping address thoroughly before you place the order. Due to our quick shipping turnaround, there's no guarantee we can change the address if it has already shipped!
In the event a package is unclaimed USPS will return back to Love Your Curves Shop, We will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed.
In the event of a lost package, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of Love Your Curves Shop once USPS has accepted the package.

Local delivery is available during check-out when you enter a local address under the ship option. I will be delivering your items to you personally, not through the postal service!. Don't be afraid to contact me personally on Facebook if you wanna pay by cashapp. Deliveries are usually made the next day sometime after 12pm but you may add a note if you need it same-day.
Free pickup is now an option as well. If you choose this option you need to provide a mobile number so I can set up a pickup time with you. Please note most pickup will not be ready till after 12pm. You may also text (217) 360-2872 if you have any questions.
Once your order is ready for pickup you will be notified. You must arrive at the time we agreed on otherwise I may not be available. However, there is a 30 minute grace period.
International ShippingCarriers require a phone numberin order to ship internationally. So if you are outside of the continental united states please provide a phone number.
