Returns due to change of mind.
Love Your Curves Shop L.L.C. will happily accept returns due to a change of mind, if a request to return is received by us within 7 days of delivery and returned to us in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Love Your Curves Shop L.L.C. does not refund your card. We will issue a store credit for the amount you paid, minus shipping fees.
Once we confirm your return, we must receive the item within 5 business days. If the item is returned to us outside the return widow a $10 processing fee will apply and will be deducted from your store credit amount.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number and that number must be sent to us within the 5-business day return window.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition, we will process your Store Credit for the amount you paid minus shipping fees and a discount code will be emailed to you to use on your next purchase. Store credit does not expire.
Returns due to defects
If you receive an item with a defect, Love Your Curves Shop LLC will gladly accept returns due to manufacturer defects or damage if the request to return is received within 7 business days.
Please email staff@lycurves.com or contact us through the chatbox, with a picture of the defect.
Once we confirm you may return the item.
Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once a return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the item, minus any shipping fees and package insurance fees.
We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Please note once payment has been refunded allow processing time from your bank for it to be completed. Once the refund is completed on our end and your bank has not refunded you, please contact your bank for processing time.
Sale/Clearance items, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale. We do not take these items back under any circumstances.
We can refuse any item that is returned to us outside of our return policy.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on accessories, lingerie, swimwear, shapewear, and clearance/sale items.
