退款政策

The quickest way to start a return is by contacting us through the message box in the bottom right corner of the website! Or email us at STAFF@LYCURVES.COM (may take up to 3 business days for a response)

Love Your Curves Shop LLC will gladly accept returns, provided the item is in its original, unworn state, and the request to return is received within 7 business days of delivery.

Once we confirm, you may return the item.

Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once a return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the item, minus any shipping fees and package insurance fees.

We will notify you once this has been completed via email. Please note once payment has been refunded allow processing time from your bank for it to be completed. Once the refund is completed on our end and your bank has not refunded you, please contact your bank for processing time.

Sale/Clearance items, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale. We do not take these items back under any circumstances.

We can refuse any item that is returned to us outside of our return policy.

 Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on accessories, lingerie, swimwear, shapewear, and clearance/sale items.
