How was Love Your Curves Shop born?
It was started by a fellow Plus-size woman who goes by the name of:

Here's her story!
I always knew from a young age that I had a passion for fashion! At the age of nine, I started drawing clothing for fun and always said I wanted to be a fashion designer.
Growing up I was a shy girl who use to get teased and bullied for being plus-size. At times I use to allow people's words to affect me and I would think badly about myself. But as I grew older I learned to Love Me! I realized that I AM who I was meant to be! A Beautiful, Intelligent, Loving, Plus-size woman, and I have nothing to be ashamed of!
Coming into my own, I expressed myself through dressing up and changing my hair colors and styles. I also recognized that there were not many fashion-forward options of clothing for Plus size women back then. Going to the mall to buy clothing used to always fail me. I always saw things in my size being more "Grandma-ish"!!! I found myself always buying better-looking clothes online from random boutiques, and even then the experience was not always great.
From this point, I knew I wanted to start my online boutique, so I could provide trendy, up-to-date, true-to-size fashion for US!, with great customer service being a must! So I researched how to get started. In 2015 I got my permit and was ready to embark on this business journey, but Life happened and unforeseen circumstances occurred to where I had to put my plans on pause.
Fast forward to 2020, with the shutdowns from Covid-19 I finally had the time, funding, and support to give this dream of mine a chance again, and so far it's been great, and I'm enjoying every minute of it! It puts a smile on my face every time I receive good feedback from customers on how much they love their items and feel beautiful wearing them. This is what I do it for! ❤️
With that being said never question divine timing, it may not happen when you want it, but never give up on your dreams! Because one day it may be your season to Shine!
